Overview
You describe a goal in plain words. Targela drafts a phased plan sized to your deadline and the hours you actually have each week, and asks a few questions when it needs to.
Every draft is graded from Unlikely to Great, with the reasons written out, so a plan that cannot work says so before you start. The steps then land on a calendar, and when something changes you say what happened and the rest of the plan is reworked around it.
It is built for students first: exam prep, language tests and theses.
Highlights
- A plan from a single sentence, with clarifying questions when the goal is vague
- A feasibility score with the reasons written out and one-tap fixes
- Week and month calendar with drag to reschedule, plus Google Calendar sync into its own calendar
- A focus timer on any step, with weekly reports
- Plan health and catch-up pace, and replanning from "here is what changed", with undo
- Passkey sign-in, English and German, on the web, as a PWA and on Android
How it's built
- A Turborepo of seven apps: a Hono API, Nuxt 4 web, landing and admin apps, a Flutter mobile app, an internal docs portal and Playwright end-to-end tests
- The API is a Cloudflare Worker using Durable Objects, Queues, R2 and Analytics Engine, over Supabase Postgres through Hyperdrive and Drizzle
- Plan generation runs on Claude and Workers AI behind Cloudflare AI Gateway, with an escalation ladder between models
- Better Auth with passkeys and invite-only signup, and Stripe managed payments
- DNS, Access and queues in Terraform, a staging environment behind Cloudflare Access, and 44 architecture decision records
